About This Role
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Commercial Coordinator
to support commercial, legal, and operational functions within a fast-paced business environment.
The role will play a critical part in managing
client contracts, invoicing processes, and commercial documentation
, particularly in relation to major clients such as ADNOC.
The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, a solid understanding of commercial and contractual processes, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams.
Commercial & Contract Coordination
- Maintain and manage a centralized repository of all
- commercial contracts and documentation
- Develop and sustain a strong understanding of all client agreements, terms, and conditions
- Support contract execution and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Client & Invoice Management
- Coordinate with clients, including ADNOC, to ensure timely processing and clearance of invoices (target: within 90 days)
- Track invoicing status and follow up on outstanding payments
- Work closely with the finance team to resolve billing and payment issues
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with:
- Legal team (contract review and compliance)
- Finance team (invoicing and payments)
- Operations team (service delivery alignment)
- Product Line Managers (commercial support)
- Act as a key communication point between departments to ensure smooth commercial operations
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain a structured
- commercial knowledge base
- , including contracts, pricing, and client-specific requirements
- Ensure all commercial records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible
Operational Support
- Support the Head of Operations and General Manager with commercial insights and reporting
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation for management review
Experience
- 6 - 10 years of experience in:
- Commercial coordination
- Contract administration
- Finance or billing support roles
- Experience working with
- ADNOC or similar large-scale clients
- is highly preferred
- Background in industries such as:
• Oil & Gas
- Engineering services
- Industrial services (e.g., companies like Al Masaood, WTF Group, or 25KWIS) is advantageous
Skills
- Strong understanding of
- commercial contracts and invoicing processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Other Requirements
- Based locally in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi)
- Willingness to be flexible and responsive outside standard working hours when required
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
