Position Summary
We are looking for a driven, organized, and people-oriented Commercial Coordinator to join our growing Dubai office and support our commercial and operational success across regional and international markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and tourism environment and is passionate about travel, client experience, and commercial excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the Commercial Leader and wider sales team in daily commercial operations
- Ensure all client correspondence is delivered accurately and within defined service standards
- Maintain and update commercial databases, CRM systems, and client records
- Ensure smooth communication between operations, reservations, and sales teams
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, supplier documentation, and operational requests
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, tourism, travel operations, DMCs, or commercial coordination
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Passion for travel, hospitality, and guest experience
