- Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key accounts in alignment with overall business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including KOLs, procurement managers, and other decision makers
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and expanding product adoption within assigned key accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned key accounts through market research and competitive analysis
- Develop and execute strategic account plans outlining objectives, tactics, and timelines to maximize sales and market share
- Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Provide solutions and support to meet customer needs; act as a trusted advisor and provide product information, training, and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategies within assigned key accounts
- Gather market intelligence and insights from key accounts to inform product development, market strategies, and competitive positioning

Role Purpose
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts, including hospitals, healthcare institutions, and other healthcare providers.
- Responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing market share, and ensuring the successful commercialization of Aspen Healthcare products within the assigned key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Key Account Management: Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key accounts, in alignment with the overall business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, procurement managers, and other decision makers within the accounts.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and expanding product adoption within the assigned key accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, promotional plans, and product launch initiatives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned key accounts. This includes conducting market research, analysing the competitive landscape, and identifying potential areas for product expansion or partnership collaborations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans that outline objectives, tactics, and timelines to maximize sales and market share within the key accounts. Continuously monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
