B2B Collector role with Nestlé Waters in Riyadh, supporting collections across corporate, institutional, and HORECA customers.
The role is responsible for timely collections, accurate account reconciliation, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key duties
- Manage end-to-end collections and receivables for assigned B2B customers and reconcile accounts.
- Conduct daily field visits to follow up on outstanding balances, resolve billing issues, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service on accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Maintain customer payment histories, credit limits, and updated account records.
- Analyze aging reports, identify collection risks, and proactively mitigate overdue balances.
- Provide weekly collection forecasts and status updates to management.
- Follow Nestlé’s Code of Business Conduct.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- At least 2 years of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience; FMCG or distribution experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English.
- Valid Saudi driving licence is required.
