Senior Executive - Plant Engineering

The factory engineer is responsible to manage the engineering activities relating to the factory such that employee health and safety, product safety and the protection of the environment are never compromised and that all engineering activities enhance product quality, plant performance and the business objectives.

To define, propose and monitor the implementation of Factory Engineering team’s plans and objectives in accordance with the Engineering Policy, Key Principles and the Key Engineering Activities as outlined in the Nestlé Engineering Excellence (NEE) master document.

The role has an end to end responsibility and shared accountability with other functions that ensures operational execution speed and sustainable manufacturing excellence.
