Role Overview
Ensure the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time, and at the right cost to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.
Assure all branches and warehouses in KSA have the right quantity with committed quality daily by reviewing available stock, days of supply, and actual sales reports with the logistics department.
Create the production and dispatch plan with close follow-up to ensure stock covers target days of supply.
Perform material planning to meet required production volumes based on forecasts, in coordination with procurement and supplier communication.

Main Purpose of Job
Ensure the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time, and at the right cost to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.
Assure all branches and warehouses in KSA have the right quantity with committed quality daily by reviewing available stock, days of supply, and actual sales reports with the logistics department.
Create the production and dispatch plan with close follow-up to ensure stock covers target days of supply.
Perform material planning to meet required production volumes based on forecasts, in coordination with procurement and supplier communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Planning: collect and analyze region forecast, sales forecast, warehouse available space, and production capacity.
- Detailed forecast analysis per SKU to improve demand planning.
- Update DSP KPIs, monitor, root cause analysis, take corrective and preventive actions, analyze data, and review.
- Ensure all documentation for planning processes and systems is up-to-date and complies with company standards.
- Analyze sales trends and key drivers of key products and product groups, and ensure proper production and material planning with optimum inventory levels and no bad goods or out-of-stock.
- Prepare statistical forecasts for the sales forecasting process and improve demand planning accuracy.
- Production planning based on available stocks, capacity, demand, and actual sales trend.
- Material planning based on available material stock, demand, sales trend, and warehouse capacity within material shelf-life expiry dates at optimum inventory level and cost.
- Supply and dispatch planning to ensure stock balancing and no bad goods.
- Play a key role between commercial and technical sides in terms of volume communications.
Key Experiences
- BS college degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Very good command of English.
- Supply chain knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of SAP in DSP/APO.
- Demand and supply planning knowledge and experience.
