About This Role
Overview
We are currently looking to recruit a **Collection Officer** to strengthen our collections follow-up process and support the Credit Control Manager.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on collections experience in Qatar
- Experience within a large group handling both **B2B and B2C collections** is highly preferred
Package
- Gross Package: QAR 5,000 – 6,500
Job Responsibilities
- Follow up on overdue payments and expedite collections efficiently
- Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules
- Support the Credit Control Manager in daily collections activities
- Maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring timely recovery of dues
- Prepare collection reports and updates as required
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up records are maintained
Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the Qatar market and local business practices
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
