Coffee Partnership Manager
About This Role
At L’ETO Group, coffee is more than just a beverage — it’s a craft, a connection, and a culture. As we expand our roasted coffee business across the UAE (Memories), we are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales Manager to lead our B2B (Business to Business) coffee sales direction and help grow our client network.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identifying and reaching out to new potential clients across the UAE
- Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with existing B2B clients
- Conducting product tastings, coffee meetings, and follow-up visits to support sales growth
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets with full ownership of your client base
- Providing product knowledge and basic brewing support to new partners
- Gathering feedback and ensuring top-level service quality and client satisfaction
- Representing our brand with professionalism, passion, and a deep love for coffee
What We’re Looking For
- Mandatory experience in B2B coffee sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Valid UAE driver’s license and readiness for travel across UAE
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Passion for coffee and willingness to represent a quality-focused brand
- Self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented
- Coffee-related certifications or training are a plus
