Overview

At **L’ETO Group**, coffee is more than just a beverage — it’s a craft, a connection, and a culture.

As we expand our roasted coffee business across the UAE (Memories), we are looking for a driven and knowledgeable **Sales Manager** to lead our **B2B** (Business to Business) **coffee sales** direction and help grow our client network.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively identifying and reaching out to new potential clients across the UAE
  • Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with existing B2B clients
  • Conducting product tastings, coffee meetings, and follow-up visits to support sales growth
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly **sales targets** with full ownership of your client base
  • Providing product knowledge and basic brewing support to new partners
  • Gathering feedback and ensuring top-level service quality and client satisfaction
  • Representing our brand with professionalism, passion, and a deep love for coffee

What We’re Looking For

  • **Mandatory experience in B2B coffee sales**
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in **English** (both written and spoken)
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and readiness for **travel across UAE**
  • Proven track record of **meeting and exceeding sales targets**
  • Passion for coffee and willingness to represent a quality-focused brand
  • Self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented
  • Coffee-related certifications or training are a plus
