We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled **Baker** to join our team and contribute to our signature bakery offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix ingredients for artisan breads, including sourdough and rye.
- Bake bread and other bakery products in line with company standards.
- Follow recipes and production schedules with precision and consistency.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and ensure product quality at all stages.
- Support with simple decoration of baked goods when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe working environment.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment properly.
- Monitor stock levels and report ingredient shortages.
- Ensure all products meet L’ETO’s quality and presentation standards.
Requirements
- Previous baking experience preferred, ideally with artisan bread(2 yrs minimum)
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle bakery supplies.
