OXARO is hiring a Co-op Analyst for a four-month Winter 2027 placement supporting its Advisory team.
The role supports consulting work for Canadian public-sector clients across digital operations, cloud, and organizational transformation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Research and summarize industry-leading practices.
- Conduct data analysis and documentation reviews.
- Participate in client meetings and interviews.
- Develop analytical models and decision-making frameworks.
- Perform process mapping and summarize key observations and findings.
- Draft client deliverables and assist with client communication.
- Track project status and budget.
- Support business development through market research and proposal writing.
- Lead and support internal initiatives such as recruiting and committees.
What You Bring
- Candidates must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Strong English communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management skills are required.
- Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Office and able to adapt to varied client needs.
- Candidates need to be client-focused, detail-oriented, able to learn quickly, and able to work in teams under pressure.
- Candidates must reside in the Ottawa-Gatineau region and hold or be eligible to obtain Government of Canada Reliability status.
- French is an asset.
Salary
- Compensation is $24 per hour.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Ottawa, Ontario, with a hybrid/on-site work arrangement.
