· Own the end-to-end commercial strategy for growing AuM from digital channels to direct relationships.

· Build and manage a hybrid go-to-market model combining high-touch sales and low-touch digital acquisition.

· Develop a scalable framework to attract, convert, and retain HNWI investors.

· Personally lead strategic investor relationships and close key accounts, especially in the early stage.

· Design a structured sales process (CRM, playbooks, training, KPIs) for high-conviction investor engagement.

· Cultivate partnerships with banks, multi-family offices and investment platforms.

· Represent Miza at exclusive investor events, private wealth forums, and bespoke client meetings.

· Lead partnerships that expand distribution—banks, asset managers, wealthtech platforms, and communities.

· Build Miza's brand as a trusted gateway to elite investment opportunities through thought leadership and media.

· Organize or speak at industry events, closed-door investor roundtables, and private networking gatherings.

· Work with a digital marketer for all digital growth efforts—performance marketing, SEO, referral, influencer marketing, and content.

· Optimize the entire funnel from awareness to conversion using analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.

· Collaborate with product and design to ensure a frictionless digital onboarding journey.

· Partner with product and engineering to align growth efforts with in-product features and investor behaviors.

· Launch referral programs, content strategies, and investor education funnels to boost retention and organic growth.

Guide the use of automation and personalization to scale high-quality investor experiences at lower CAC.
