About the Company
Our client is a private financial entity registered and operating within the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), UAE.
The company is involved in investment management, proprietary trading, and venture capital activities, with a strong focus on equities, derivatives, and early-stage investments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain financial records, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Prepare reports and assist with financial documentation.
Manage administrative tasks and provide support to senior management.
Coordinate office documentation, correspondence, and scheduling.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial and business information.
Support operational and reporting requirements as needed.
Requirements
āļø Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
āļø Experience in basic accounting and financial administration.
āļø Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
āļø Knowledge or experience in Trading, Equities, Investments, or Financial Markets is highly preferred.
āļø Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
āļø Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
āļø Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
