Overview

Machining & Technical Operations

• Comprehensive Machining:
• Perform all required layout, complex setups, manual machining, and CNC machining on both
• ferrous and non-ferrous materials

• Equipment Mastery:
• Adeptly operate vertical and horizontal lathes, milling machines, turrets, and grinders.

• Advanced CNC Operation

• Operate CNC mills and lathes by entering instructions (including zero and reference points), setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches.
• Setup Excellence:
• Install and adjust
• three- and four-jaw chucks
• , tools, attachments, collets,
• bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers

• Tooling Management:
• Recognize, deploy, and properly use inserts, fixtures, and tooling.

• Technical Planning:
• Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, and

• Perform subassembly, tool setting, deburring of parts, and final assembly of components according to specifications.

• Plan and oversee work with minimal supervision while directing and training other employees on all workshop processes.
• Preventive Maintenance:

• Evaluate experimental procedures and recommend modifications for increased efficiency and production adaptability.

• Maintain continuity between shifts by documenting actions, irregularities, and quality logs.
