Mechanical Execution & Overhaul

• Comprehensive Maintenance:
• Document, erect, alter, install, align, repair, replace, disassemble, reassemble, move, and inspect most rotating equipment.
• Component Mastery:
• Alter and overhaul rotors, turbines, disc and blade holders, shafts, sleeves, gears, couplings, and all other forms of equipment necessary to complete the job.

• Setup & Tooling

• Set up all equipment needed to complete jobs; use appropriate equipment, tooling, and specifications to perform primary functions.
• Precision Measurement:
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and accuracy in using micrometers, indicators, calipers, gauges, and other required tools.
• Critical Clearances:
• Accurately measure and record all critical clearances and dimensions on turbines, compressors, and associated machinery.

Quality, Safety & Documentation

• Technical Interpretation:
• Read and comprehend engineering drawings, sketches, work scopes, and verbal instructions.
• Records Management:
• Understand and process documentation such as inspection reports, photo logs, and hold tags.
• Testing:
• Maintain proficiency to successfully pass the
• annual dimensional inspection test

• Workplace Standards:
• Promote safety and quality at all times, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Shift Continuity:
• Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
