Cluster GM Jeddah & Makkah

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Cluster General Manager to lead and oversee operations across our Jeddah and Makkah locations - Saudi Arabia in IBIS & Adagio Jeddah City Centre and IBIS Styles / Mercure Makkah Aziziyah.

In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building high-performing teams across the cluster.

The ideal candidate will bring decisive leadership, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of managing multi-unit operations in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and execute strategic business plans for the cluster, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market opportunities in the Jeddah and Makkah regions

Oversee all operational aspects across multiple locations, including staffing, inventory management, customer service standards, and facility maintenance

Drive revenue growth and profitability by analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and implementing cost-control measures

Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development

Manage P&L responsibilities for the cluster, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate leadership, local partners, and community organizations

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, implementing corrective actions to achieve or exceed targets

Lead change management initiatives and drive organizational improvements across the cluster

Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards

Identify and develop talent within the organization, creating succession plans and career advancement opportunities
