The Client Servicing Executive is the primary client contact and supports project execution from concept to delivery.
The role also supports business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and contributing to client acquisition.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Riyadh.
- Work location: In person.
- Employment type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Build client relationships and support satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate client requirements with AVL, production, and creative teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Pursue new business opportunities and support revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events and provide market and client reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, events management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of client servicing experience in the events or AVL industry.
- Experience in client servicing, account management, or sales within events or AVL.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
- English and Arabic are required.
