The role manages client relationships and the event process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, on-budget, brand-aligned outcomes.
About the Company
Memories is an award-winning regional creative event agency based in Dubai, Riyadh, and Beirut.
The agency designs, plans, and manages events across the Gulf, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
Client and Project Management
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Analyze client briefs, prepare creative-team briefs and deadlines, and manage client changes, inquiries, and concerns.
- Develop project presentations and quotations aligned with branding and client expectations.
Event Operations
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee events from conception through execution.
- Source venues, manage suppliers, coordinate deliverables, and oversee event elements against approved quotations.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, brand consistency, operational standards, and smooth onsite delivery.
- Provide hands-on event management and work with internal Client Services, Creative, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Meet or exceed company KPIs.
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of event-management experience, including at least 3 years in client servicing or account management.
- English and Arabic language proficiency are required.

- Commercial acumen, negotiation, communication, planning and organization, attention to detail, time management, analytical ability, risk orientation, and teamwork.
Work Location
- Work location is in person in Riyadh.
