We are hiring for **Client Servicing Director** to join our team.
The Client Servicing Director will be responsible for managing key client relationships, understanding client requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of events from briefing stage to execution.
The role acts as the main link between clients, internal creative/production teams, suppliers, and management to ensure high-quality service, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients and manage day-to-day client communication.
- Understand client briefs, objectives, budgets, and expectations for events and activations.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, timelines, and project plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, production, operations, technical, and finance.
- Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client requirements.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
- Oversee event execution and ensure smooth coordination during live events.
- Resolve client issues professionally and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government, corporate, and private sector clients.
Requirements
- Strong experience in client servicing, account management, or project management within the events industry.
- Solid understanding of event planning, production, operations, and execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at the same time.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with corporate, government, cultural, entertainment, or large-scale events is preferred.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
