LIC India Customer Services Qatar is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Services Specialist to support customer relationships, coordinate client requests, and ensure an exceptional service experience throughout the customer journey.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, resolving inquiries, and building long-term client relationships in a fast-paced service environment.
The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality client support services.
We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
- Respond to customer questions through phone, email, and digital communication channels
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments
- Maintain accurate client records, account information, and service documentation
- Assist clients with account updates, service requests, and administrative inquiries
- Track customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service quality
- Support onboarding activities for new clients and customers
- Prepare client-related reports, documentation, and service updates
- Maintain CRM records and ensure information accuracy
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks related to client services
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client services, account coordination, customer support, or related roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer relationship-building abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with CRM systems, customer service platforms, or account management software is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
