Your Role
As a **Client Services Officer**, you will become an essential part of our Client Services team, ensuring that our clients receive outstanding support and a seamless trading experience.
You will work directly with clients from around the world, assisting them with account-related inquiries, platform guidance, technical troubleshooting, and operational support.
Through phone, live chat, and email communication, you will help resolve issues efficiently while delivering a professional and personalized experience.
Working closely with our Operations, Compliance, and Technical teams, you will play a key role in maintaining the high service standards that define OEXN and ensuring our clients receive the support they need throughout their trading journey.

- Previous experience in customer service, client support, or technical support
- Strong interest in financial markets and technology
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A genuine desire to help clients succeed
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Chinese language proficiency is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- While not required, the following experience would be considered a strong advantage:
- Knowledge of Forex, CFDs, Stocks, Commodities, or other financial markets
- Experience with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, MatchTrader, or similar
- Understanding of brokerage operations and trading environments
- Experience working within financial services, fintech, or brokerage firms
