Role Description
The Client Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for managing the execution journey after a client engagement is confirmed.
Working alongside the Consultant, the CRO becomes the operational specialist supporting the client through documentation, company formation, licensing, visa processing, and related activities.
The role combines operational execution with client relationship management to ensure a seamless experience from onboarding through completion.
• Visa & Post-Incorporation Support
- Internal Coordination
Requirements
- 2–4 years of UAE company formation or corporate services experience.
- Experience handling Free Zone licensing and visa processes.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRM systems and operational trackers.
