Assistant Accounts (UAE National)

As Assistant Accounts , you'll support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the company. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on exposure to the full accounting cycle in a fast-paced UAE business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping — recording invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
• Support bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain organised digital and physical filing of financial documents
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams on invoicing and payment matters
• Support the senior accountant / finance manager with audits and ad-hoc reporting
• Prepare basic financial summaries in Excel as required.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (recently completed)
• 0–1 year of experience
• Solid grasp of basic accounting principles and the accounting cycle
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a full accountant role
