We are on lookout for a proactive and well experienced **FEMALE** Investment Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong existing customer networks all over in UAE specialized in Halal Investment.

Role Summary
The Head of Investment is responsible for securing and managing investment funds from various sources, including banks, institutions, angel investors, grants, and high-net-worth individuals.
This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and relationship building to attract and maintain significant funding for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact with the clients, be polite by nature.
- Handle their queires and respond them promptly.
- Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies aligned with halal principles.
- Good conversion for investment and maintain strong customer relationship.
- Manage client portfolios and asset allocations.
- Conduct market research and risk assessments.
- Monitor investments and report performance.
- Identify and acquire new clients.
- Create marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Network with potential clients, institutions, and partners.
- Arrange seminars and awareness campaigns about halal investment benefits.
- Handle client inquiries and consultations with them .
- Educate clients about halal investment options.
- Maintain long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upsell new products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience preferably in same job role will be preferred.
- Proven track record of onboarding the clients for investments.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of team.
Qualifications
FEMALE is only required.
Bachelor degree will be preferred.
Proficiency in English, Arabic or other languages will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal, client relationship, convincing skills is mandatory.
