About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team at Lockton.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing client risk profiles, developing tailored insurance solutions, and supporting our brokers in delivering exceptional service.

This role involves assessing various risk factors, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure optimal risk management strategies are implemented.

The Risk Analyst will play a crucial part in maintaining Lockton’s reputation for excellence by providing insightful analysis and innovative risk mitigation recommendations.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with risk management software tools are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Analyze client risk profiles by reviewing historical data, industry trends, and current market conditions to identify potential vulnerabilities.

Develop comprehensive risk management reports and present findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Assist in designing customized insurance solutions that align with clients’ specific needs and risk appetite.

Collaborate closely with underwriters, brokers, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Monitor ongoing risk exposures and recommend adjustments to coverage or mitigation strategies as necessary.

Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide up-to-date advice and insights.

Support the sales process by preparing proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.

Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, risk assessments, and recommendations to ensure compliance and facilitate future reviews.
