Client Relationship Executives / Telecallers

In this role, you will connect with potential clients over the phone, promote our property listings, and close deals with sales team to meet sales targets.
This is a salary & commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
- Call potential clients from provided leads.
- Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities for property viewings or consultations.
- Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to potential clients.
Sales & Client Engagement
- Promote property listings and explain key features and benefits.
- Engage and build strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Database Management
- Update and manage client information in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Track call outcomes and follow-up schedules.
Market Research
- Stay updated on market trends, property pricing, and competition.
Requirements
- :
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 year experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, hardworking and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling.
- Flexible with shifts.
- Multilingual candidates preferred.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales is a plus.
