Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Sales – Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strong client relationships while driving sales growth across our residency and citizenship investment solutions.
You will engage with clients through meetings, calls, and written communication to increase product awareness, generate new business opportunities, and guide clients throughout their journey.
The role also involves managing appointments, maintaining strong follow-ups, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the successful processing of applications.
You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, to align sales strategies with market needs, identify new agents to expand business reach, and stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and global CBI and residency programs.
In addition, you will mentor junior sales consultants, ensure timely client payments, and provide regular market intelligence updates to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and drive conversions effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities across meetings, calls, and written correspondence.
- Proven ability to generate leads through personal networks, client relationships, and business development efforts.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage client appointments and maintain high service standards.
- A self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
- Good understanding of market trends, competitor insights, and client expectations within sales-driven environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to support business objectives.
- Experience in mentoring or guiding junior sales team members is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of investment migration, citizenship by investment, or residency programs is a strong advantage.
