Job Title Client Relationship Executive Job Description We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive for our immigration consultancy office.
Responsibilities
Handle client queries and escalations regarding visa and permit processing Provide regular updates to clients about application status Coordinate with operations and documentation team for pending cases Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain good relationships Guide clients with alternative immigration options if there is delay or rejection Support clients regarding company policies and process procedures Maintain follow up records and client communication details Work towards customer satisfaction and client retention Requirements Good communication and convincing skills Experience in customer handling or immigration field preferred Ability to manage difficult situations professionally Basic computer knowledge and follow up skills Positive attitude and teamwork ability
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi
