Manages client communication, customer queries, documentation, follow-ups, and handover coordination.
The employer seeks a professional, organized, proactive, and customer-focused candidate who can work confidently with clients and internal teams.
Client communication and documentation
- Handle walk-in clients and respond to queries through email, telephone, and WhatsApp.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns.
- Follow up with clients and agents for pending documents and signatures.
- Maintain customer concerns and walk-in trackers.
Payments and handovers
- Assist clients and agents with cash-payment-related requirements.
- Coordinate KYC and cash-payment documentation with Finance, Accounts, Treasury, and Collections teams.
- Coordinate snagging and handover requirements with internal teams and Legal.
- Liaise with banks regarding customer mortgage services.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding handover requirements.
Preferred experience
- Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Real estate experience is preferred.
Candidate requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Professional, presentable, customer-focused, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Good organizational and documentation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
- The posting lists pay of AED 1.00 per month.
