Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor post-dated cheques, including tracking, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and issue manual Statements of Account as required.
- Handle and resolve accounts receivable queries from customers and internal teams.
- Process and verify link and cryptocurrency payments under company policies and procedures.
- Conduct first-level verification of resale transactions and title deed documentation.
- Prepare and raise invoices for other charges with accurate supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance, Treasury, Collections, Legal, and other departments on accounting and payment matters.
- Maintain accurate customer account, payment transaction, and supporting document records.
- Monitor pending payments, documentation, outstanding items, and account discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Previous accounting, accounts receivable, or similar experience is preferred.
- Real estate accounting experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PDC handling, customer account reconciliations, SOA preparation, and invoicing.
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is preferred.
- Good understanding of payment verification and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and coordination.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1.00 per month.
