Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute events from planning through on-ground delivery.
- Manage event timelines, schedules, checklists, and execution plans to complete deliverables on time.
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, creative agencies, designers, and external partners.
- Oversee venue preparation, event setup, branding, décor, production, and on-site requirements.
- Ensure event elements follow the approved concept, design, and brand guidelines.
- Manage guest registration, invitations, hospitality, transportation, and other event arrangements.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with venues to confirm operational readiness.
- Monitor on-site execution, troubleshoot challenges, and resolve last-minute issues.
- Maintain quality, presentation, and guest experience throughout each event.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support clear communication and timely delivery.
- Track budgets, vendor quotations, purchase requests, and invoices with relevant teams.
- Prepare post-event reports, feedback summaries, and documentation to evaluate execution and identify improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event management, event coordination, or event operations.
- Experience coordinating premium or luxury brand events, launches, corporate events, or exclusive experiences.
- Strong organisational, planning, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent vendor coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with event logistics, production, venue management, and on-ground execution.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and resolve unexpected challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality event experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000–15,000 per month.
