Client Relations Manager

Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing clients and provides them with products and services that ensure client satisfaction.

Prepare engineering and construction proposals.

Nurture and close new engineering and construction contracts to meet the monthly sales target.

Record and manage sales records in CRM software.

Schedule and attend client consultations as needed.

Greet and screen clients and telephone callers in a professional manner.

Generate project status reports in excel and CRM software.

Respond to customer inquiries in timely manner.

Keep clients updated on progress of their projects and maintain a good ongoing relationship with them.

Help organize and attend educational seminars presented by Optimum Seismic, Inc and network with potential clients.

Work with engineering and drafting team to schedule site visits with clients and their agents.

Monitor and update project information and company’s CRM software.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

This position will be based in office in Vernon CA for 100% of the time. This position requires a very strong work ethic coupled with determination and focus to achieve challenging goals, and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
