Ensure smooth department operations while responding to internal and external requests.
Support representatives and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee team activities to ensure high-quality, compliant client service.
- Propose process and customer-experience improvements to retain active trading accounts and support Sales/HNW opportunities.
- Train the team to handle trade disputes and client complaints; lead the team and maintain morale.
- Support clients, resolve enquiries, and hire, coach, and motivate team members.
- Coordinate with internal colleagues and external partners, and report team results to management.
Qualifications
- At least one year in the FX/CFD industry with management experience; experience in process management and customer service.
- Strong attention to detail, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness; sound knowledge of offered products.
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is required for client communication.
Preferred qualifications and strengths
- A BS/BA, preferably in Finance, Business Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent education, training, and experience, is preferred.
- Conflict resolution, problem solving, detail orientation, and a process-driven approach are highlighted.
- Approachable, flexible, dependable, results-driven, and professional conduct are highlighted.
Working environment
- Four days in the office and one day remote.
