Civil Supervisor

Site supervision and coordination
- Supervise site activities and coordinate with project engineers, the project manager, clients, and consultants.
- Assign workers tasks and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely material delivery and construction targets.
- Seek clarification from engineers and project managers when required.
Reporting and project controls
- Prepare daily progress and productivity reports, manpower timesheets, and material consumption details.
- Monitor schedules and progress targets at the site.
- Coordinate to control costs and keep work within the planned budget.
- Assess process efficiency and support quality assurance review improvements.
Drawings, procurement, and materials
- Assist with shop drawings and quantity calculations; prepare quantity tables from drawings.
- Plan strategic procurement, identify approved materials, verify quantities against plans, and advise on supply constraints.
- Monitor stock and ensure materials align with the BOQ.
Documentation
- Assist with project documentation and correspondence.
Candidate requirements
- Must be located in Qatar.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
Pay
- QAR 2,500–3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
