Role overview
Support planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects, including warehouse and villa construction.
Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Site project delivery
- Assist in managing and supervising day-to-day site activities.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and adherence to schedules.
- Prepare and review method statements and material submittals.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Support progress reporting and cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements.
- Handle technical queries and site-related issues.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Three to five years of experience in construction projects; UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good understanding of contracts, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Landscape experience is an advantage.
