Role overview
Experienced Civil Project Engineer role covering infrastructure, underground utilities, chilled water pipeline, and district cooling projects.
Responsible for delivering civil works safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and specifications.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum five years of relevant civil construction experience; infrastructure experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in district cooling, chilled water pipelines, underground utilities, or similar infrastructure projects.
- Two years of district cooling and chilled water pipeline utility project experience is preferred.
- UAE/GCC infrastructure or district cooling experience is preferred.
Technical and coordination skills
- Knowledge of excavation, trenching, chambers, road works, concrete works, backfilling, compaction, and reinstatement.
- Ability to interpret civil/infrastructure drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Experience coordinating consultants, authorities, subcontractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience supervising Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, and construction teams.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements, inspections, and testing requirements.
- Leadership, communication, planning, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Work location is in person.
