Ambatt Holding is seeking an experienced and results-driven Civil Engineering Professional with a strong background in project management and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing projects with a cumulative value exceeding
SAR 400 million
, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception through completion.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk management plans.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Manage procurement activities and contractor performance.
- Drive project quality, safety, and operational excellence initiatives.
& Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15– years of relevant experience in construction and project management.
- Proven track record managing projects with a total value exceeding
SAR 400 Million
- .
- Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, contracts administration, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management and engineering software.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
