Civil Engineer - Hiring UAE National
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
- Assist in monitoring construction and site activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams
Project Support
- Support planning, scheduling, and execution of civil works
- Assist in quantity checks and material inspections
- Monitor project progress and report updates to senior engineers
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare site reports, progress reports, and technical documentation
- Maintain records of inspections, materials, and project activities
Quality & Safety
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Participate in site inspections and HSE activities
Coordination
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal departments as required
- Support in resolving minor technical/site issues
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
- Internship/project exposure is a plus
