Responsibilities
- :
- Assist the Senior Civil Engineer/Resident Engineer in supervising and controlling the execution of technical functions of the project.
- Review shop drawings, as-built drawings.
- Visit work site regularly to check and verify ongoing works, quality, progress, problems or conflicts and recommends appropriate changes.
- Lead/Supervise Inspectors and Surveyors during construction & implementation stage.
- Review the contractor’s progress; monitor site work and Contractor’s manpower and equipment.
Requirements
- :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent time-management abilities to meet project deadlines.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in civil engineering with robust industry knowledge.
- Demonstrated expertise in structural design, including significant experience with steel structures.
