Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team immediately.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the construction of G+12 and above building projects in the UAE and possess strong technical, site management, and coordination skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience
- Proven experience in G+12 building construction projects
• Dubai Municipality Accreditation (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards
- Experience in managing site execution, subcontractors, and project coordination
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage civil construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety requirements.
- Review and approve work progress, materials, and method statements.
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Dubai Municipality Accreditation (Mandatory).
- UAE construction industry experience is essential.
- Note: Applications without Dubai Municipality Accreditation or G+12 building experience will not be considered.
