Prepare civil and construction drawings and documentation for project delivery.
Support design development, quantity extraction, reporting, and coordination with surveyors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Develop site plans, layout drawings, and construction details from specifications or existing conditions.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Review and update drawings based on engineers' comments and technical specifications.
- Maintain drawing records and control the issuance of design files.
- Coordinate with surveyors to interpret topographical data and incorporate it into designs.
- Assist with quantity extraction for cost estimation and project planning.
- Prepare existing condition drawings and project delivery documentation.
- Assist in preparing project reports and proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 0-5 years of experience in the same field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Saudi building codes and relevant international standards.
- Membership of the Engineers Association.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills.
