About the Role
A leading UAE-based group is seeking a transformative Chief Human Resources Officer to lead its people and culture agenda during an exciting period of growth and organizational evolution.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for driving cultural integration across multiple business units, strengthening organizational capability, embedding a performance-led culture, and transforming HR into a strategic value-creating function.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's people and culture strategy.
- Lead cultural integration and change management initiatives across multiple business units.
- Build a unified organizational identity and strengthen employee engagement.
- Drive performance-culture initiatives and ensure successful adoption across the business.
- Transform HR into a strategic business partnering function.
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Implement modern HR technologies and AI-enabled solutions to enhance capability and efficiency.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.
- Strengthen HR governance, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Develop HR analytics and reporting capabilities to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and develop the HR team to deliver best-in-class people services.
Key Ingredients
- UAE National.
- Extensive senior HR leadership experience within large and complex organizations.
- Strong experience leading cultural transformation and integration initiatives.
- Background within Food Retail, FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods or similar sectors is highly advantageous.
- Experience managing large workforces across multiple locations.
- Proven success in building high-performing HR teams and strategic business partnering capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development and succession planning.
- Experience implementing HR technology and AI-driven solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to executive leadership and board environments.
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on execution and business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver transformational initiatives.
- Due to the UAE national workforce objectives and business requirements, this role is only open to UAE Nationals.
