About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and execution-driven
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
to lead the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of our platform.
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and has deep expertise in Web3, trading systems, and infrastructure-heavy products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the
- overall technical strategy, architecture, and execution
- Review, optimize, and scale the
- existing system architecture
- Lead end-to-end delivery across:
- Backend systems
- Blockchain integrations
- APIs and third-party integrations
- Infrastructure and DevOps
- Oversee and manage
- launch-critical dependencies
- , including:
- Wallet integrations
- Fiat on-ramps
- Oracles
- External APIs
- Identify technical risks early and proactively
- mitigate bottlenecks
- Ensure
- high execution velocity
- while maintaining system reliability and scalability
- Build and lead a high-performance engineering team (as needed)
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a
CTO / Tech Lead / Founding Engineer
- in a high-growth startup
- Strong background in
- Web3 engineering
- , especially within trading or financial products
- Experience building or contributing to
- prediction market platforms
- (highly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with
- blockchain development on Solana
- Deep understanding of:
- Distributed systems
- Low-latency backend architecture
- API integrations
- Infrastructure scaling
- Experience managing
- complex product launches under tight timelines
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to
- move fast under pressure
Preferred Background
- Experience working on
- prediction market platforms
- Background with
Kalshi, Polymarket
- , or similar ecosystems
- Exposure to:
- Trading systems
- Financial infrastructure
- Real-time / high-frequency systems
