Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Dubai.
The CTO will oversee the organization’s technology strategy, lead software development initiatives, and shape the architecture and implementation of complex technology frameworks.
Responsibilities
include managing IT projects, spearheading product development processes, devising IT strategies aligning with the business goals, and ensuring the overall efficiency of technological operations.
Collaboration with executive leadership to identify technological trends and growth opportunities will be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development with a track record in delivering high-performing and secure solutions
- Strong skills in Project Management, leadership, and team coordination
- Experience developing and implementing IT Strategy and overseeing technological frameworks
- Expertise in Architecture and Product Development with a focus on innovation and scalability
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset
- Proven experience in leading technology teams and managing cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred
- Prior experience in the consulting industry or a similar field is advantageous
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices
