Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to lead the technological direction of our company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, software development, and IT infrastructure management, with a passion for transforming business operations through technology.
As CTO, you will oversee the development and implementation of all technological solutions that drive our business forward, ensuring that RAQEEQ stays at the forefront of innovation in the tiling industry.
Key Responsibilities
- **Technology Strategy:** Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with RAQEEQ’s long-term business goals and growth plans.
- **Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and grow the technology team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- **Innovation:** Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies that improve efficiency, service delivery, and customer experience.
- **System Integration:** Oversee the integration of business systems, ensuring seamless operations across departments (e.g., project management, inventory, customer service, etc.).
- **Cybersecurity & Data Management:** Ensure the company’s digital infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry regulations. Manage data security, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
- **Project Management:** Work closely with the management team to prioritize and manage technology-driven projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- **Vendor & Partner Management:** Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.
- **Technology Budgeting:** Manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effective investments in technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role.
- Strong background in software development, IT infrastructure, and system integration.
- Experience in the construction, tiling, or related industries is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of technology trends, digital transformation, and innovation strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent understanding of cybersecurity, data management, and compliance best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED51,000.00 - AED54,000.00 per month
