Chief Supervisor- Vehicles Technical Inspection Centers Monitoring

Job Purpose

Strategy

• Oversee preparation of section action plans aligned with regulatory and operational objectives and monitor progress through defined KPIs.
• Supervise smart control system operations to enhance control efficiency and ensure field complaints are accurately captured and reported.
• Lead the study of control results with relevant departments to identify corrective measures and drive performance improvement across inspection centers.
• Review and escalate daily field reports with recommendations that support strategic decisions and regulatory enforcement.

Operations

• Conduct administrative investigations and handle grievances consistent with regulatory processes and established disciplinary protocols.
• Meet with service providers when workshop or penalty clarification sessions are requested and ensure information is accurately communicated.
• Provide documents to the Grievance Committee regarding fines to facilitate decision making and penalty validation.
• Manage attendance, field task distribution, and business continuity of inspectors to ensure uninterrupted control operations.
• Oversee periodic supervision and inspection of vehicle technical inspection centers, assets, employees, affiliated facilities, and general appearance to ensure compliance with approved legislation, standards, and policies.
• Monitor equipment and device availability, technical condition, calibration, and suitability for inspection activities in line with approved requirements.
• Monitor vehicle inspections in inspection lanes and ensure adherence to approved technical standards and inspection requirements.
• Ensure examiners and technical supervisors hold necessary work permits and comply with approved security and safety requirements during inspections.
• Ensure preparation of periodic control plans for approved vehicle technical inspection centers and determine support needs.
• Oversee carried out random checks of inspection results across vehicles and confirm conformity with technical standards and requirements.
• Lead writing of violations during control processes in cases of non-compliance and document evidence according to approved procedures.
• Submit periodic performance reports on inspection centers covering compliance with standards, conditions, and approved policies.

Product And Process Improvement

• Supervise commitment of licensed and existing inspection centers to regulatory, security, health, and safety requirements and recommend enhancements when gaps are identified.

Physical Working Conditions

• Active field supervision with balanced reporting and administrative oversight.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration
• 8+ years in case of Bachelor's degree (6+ years in case of master's or above) in related area
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification, Certified Automotive Safety Engineer (CASE)
