Role Overview
Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise Technical Information Systems.
The role focuses on system compliance, project delivery, process efficiency, user support, performance, data integrity, and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Technical Information Systems for reliability, availability, and compliance.
- Evaluate system configurations, processes, and data against organizational and regulatory standards.
- Manage TIS projects, releases, implementations, and change management.
- Develop and improve system processes, procedures, and user manuals.
- Coordinate testing, enhancements, and new feature deployments.
- Deliver user training, workshops, and technical support.
- Prepare operational reports, project updates, and management presentations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on system improvements.
- Oversee database management, system integration, and data integrity.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and benchmarking.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AMOS is mandatory.
- Strong Technical Information Systems administration background.
- Experience in project management, process improvement, system implementation, and change management.
- Knowledge of database management, compliance, reporting, and end-user training.
- Aviation or airline industry experience is preferred.
