Chief Product Officer - Crypto Exchange

Overview

The Opportunity

• Own end-to-end global product strategy across all business lines (trading, payments, wealth, institutional)
• Build a unified, scalable product ecosystem with seamless user experience across verticalsLead and scale product-led growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation
• Drive AI integration across customer-facing products and internal product workflows (personalisation, automation, intelligent journeys)Identify and execute on innovation opportunities across crypto, DeFi, and next-generation financial infrastructure
• Translate vision into clear product roadmaps, prioritisation frameworks, and execution plans
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance to deliver at scale
• Establish product governance, operating cadence, and performance frameworks for global execution
• Build and lead a high-performing global product and growth organisation

What We’re Looking For

• Proven CPO / senior product leadership experience in high-growth, global technology or fintech environments
• Strong background in crypto, trading platforms, financial services, or complex digital ecosystems
• Demonstrated success leading both core product and growth/product-led growth functions
• Experience embedding AI into products and product organisations in a commercially meaningful way
• Deep understanding of trading systems, financial products, and user behaviour in digital asset markets
• Track record building and scaling multi-product platforms at global scale
• Highly data-driven, with strong product intuition and disciplined experimentation approach
• Ability to balance long-term vision with rapid execution in fast-moving environments
• Strong stakeholder management, with experience partnering closely with founders and executive teams
