Chief Product Officer - Crypto Exchange

About This Role

We have been retained by a leading global crypto platform to appoint a Chief Product Officer to define and scale its next-generation financial ecosystem.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal role at the intersection of product innovation, growth, and AI transformation. You will own the global product vision across a multi-product platform spanning trading, payments, wealth, and institutional solutions—driving both user growth and long-term product differentiation.

The OpportunityOwn end-to-end global product strategy across all business lines (trading, payments, wealth, institutional)Build a unified, scalable product ecosystem with seamless user experience across verticalsLead and scale product-led growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisationDrive AI integration across customer-facing products and internal product workflows (personalisation, automation, intelligent journeys)Identify and execute on innovation opportunities across crypto, DeFi, and next-generation financial infrastructureTranslate vision into clear product roadmaps, prioritisation frameworks, and execution plansPartner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance to deliver at scaleEstablish product governance, operating cadence, and performance frameworks for global executionBuild and lead a high-performing global product and growth organisation

What We’re Looking ForProven CPO / senior product leadership experience in high-growth, global technology or fintech environmentsStrong background in crypto, trading platforms, financial services, or complex digital ecosystemsDemonstrated success leading both core product and growth/product-led growth functionsExperience embedding AI into products and product organisations in a commercially meaningful wayDeep understanding of trading systems, financial products, and user behaviour in digital asset marketsTrack record building and scaling multi-product platforms at global scaleHighly data-driven, with strong product intuition and disciplined experimentation approachAbility to balance long-term vision with rapid execution in fast-moving environmentsStrong stakeholder management, with experience partnering closely with founders and executive teamsFluent English required
