We are seeking a seasoned
Chief Operating Officer
to lead multi-functional business operations across a complex, growth-oriented organization.
The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue enablement, business transformation, service quality, governance, and enterprise-wide execution discipline.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience across
business operations, commercial performance, revenue generation, asset/portfolio performance, customer operations, digital transformation, corporate enablement, and organizational effectiveness
.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide operations strategy, governance, execution rhythm, and performance management.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, service standards, and measurable KPIs.
- Oversee multi-functional business operations covering commercial, customer, asset, people, technology, and support functions.
- Enable revenue growth through sales governance, market expansion, channel productivity, pricing alignment, and customer lifecycle management.
- Improve portfolio and asset performance through occupancy, yield, utilization, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation.
- Strengthen customer, tenant, resident, and stakeholder experience through service-led operating models.
- Lead transformation initiatives including digital adoption, workflow automation, analytics, AI-enabled productivity, and enterprise systems.
- Manage operational budgets, cost optimization, ROI focus, compliance, risk management, and business continuity.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer centricity, innovation, and disciplined execution.
Candidate Profile
- 20+ years of progressive leadership experience across operations, commercial, real estate, retail, asset management, business transformation, or enterprise support functions.
- Minimum 5+ years in senior executive leadership roles managing multiple functions and senior leaders.
- Strong exposure to UAE/GCC real estate, mixed-use developments, property, retail, asset-heavy, or capital-intensive sectors preferred.
- Proven track record in revenue enablement, operational excellence, service quality, stakeholder governance, digital transformation, and large-scale change.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent master’s degree preferred.
- Strong commercial judgement, financial acumen, regulatory understanding, executive communication, and board-level presentation skills.
