Job purpose

Administration and operations

• Ensure administrative activities follow policies, quality standards, and information security requirements; monitor KPIs and audit readiness.
• Coordinate HR formalities, including onboarding, resignations, clearances, and training records, and advise managers on policy updates.
• Support managers with transcription, official letters, and internal meetings; supervise office supplies, equipment, and the working environment.
• Review correspondence, circulars, reports, and documentation before submission or distribution.
• Validate attendance records and leave requests; maintain records, invoices, receipts, permits, and inspection files.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Track office resources and follow up with departments and external stakeholders for required information, documents, and approvals.
• Maintain databases and tracking systems; support digital tools, automation, and knowledge management.
• Recommend clerical process improvements and document corrective actions from audits, SLA reviews, and compliance checks.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or Human Resources.
• Related-field experience of at least 2 years with a bachelor’s degree or 4 years with a diploma.
